Lance, the Vessel of Chaos

Introducing Lance Willright! Like Maya, he's another character on Halcyon's roster. He's had a bit of a rocky life, to put it mildly. It kind of starts with his family - the royal family - being killed and him being cast out of his own kingdom-slash-world, then sort of goes from there. He and Rex could form a club.

He's possibly the most stalwart man in the story, though he had to work his way up to that unflinching degree of resolve and force. To put that in perspective, he wandered through the Realm of Darkness for a good two years with nothing but the spirit of his dead best friend, a sword, and demonic visage to remind him of the price of victory, just to see his beloved again.

Now, if only I had a good idea of how to color the sword without using a gradient tool like a cheap bastard... because, yeah, spoiler warning? Been working on the colored version. It's still giving me a little hassle.

Damn is that a cool coat.
